About usOur books celebrate a world in constant flux. We don't scoff at trends, we embrace them, knowing that a trend also defines an era, and that eras come and go. Our world evolves when curious people are at the helm, and we welcome the shifting expressions and tastes of popular culture. We believe journal writing will always remain important to those prompted by the process of discovery and change, and endeavour to create designs that suit the moment. Our books are eclectic and often quirky. We work with contemporary artists, our book covers featuring original graphics, illustrative drawings, and elements of text and typography. In addition to blank notebooks, we also release a selection of guided and themed journals. Social ResponsibilityAt Hartley & Marks, publisher of Paper+® notebooks, we place great care in the environmental standards which go into the design and printing of our journals.
